🍂 A guided, core-based movement session to awaken inner strength and prepare the body for seasonal change
🍂 A restorative floating sound bath + guided meditation (yes, you'll actually float—held by warm water and sound)
🍂 A nourishing fall-inspired brunch served poolside—think grounding seasonal ingredients and cozy flavors
🍂 Time to soak in the hot tub, journal, connect with kindred spirits, or simply be—no pressure, no agenda, just presence

60 Minute Bodywork Ritual

✧ 60-Minute Abhyanga Lymphatic Ritual ✧

Held at 216 Newbury St, Peabody

In a softly lit Himalayan pink salt room

This is a full-body reset designed with ancient Ayurvedic wisdom and modern women in mind.

Your journey begins with a 15-minute infrared sauna, warming your body and gently awakening the lymphatic system—preparing you to receive deeper nourishment.

You’ll then melt into a 45-minute Abhyanga bodywork session, using warm, herb-infused oils chosen to support your body’s seasonal and energetic needs.

This ritual includes:

Shiroabhyanga – Indian scalp massage to calm the mind and soothe your senses
Padabhyanga – Foot massage to ground your nervous system and stimulate marma points
Abdominal massage – To support digestion, emotional release, and lymphatic flow
Upper body focus – Gentle work around the breast tissue and underarms, where lymph nodes concentrate, encouraging natural drainage and heart space openness
Neck, shoulders, hands, and face – To ease tension and bring you back into harmony

This offering is deeply supportive for those experiencing swelling, fatigue, stress, hormonal shifts, or simply craving intentional, sacred touch.

✧ How to Prepare for Your Abhyanga Ritual ✧

This session is meant to be a nourishing reset—not just a treatment, but a sacred pause in your week. Here’s how to arrive open, relaxed, and ready to receive:

Come on a hair wash day (or the day before).

This experience includes Shiroabhyanga, a deeply relaxing Indian scalp massage using warm herbal oils. Letting the oils soak in for a few hours afterward can deeply nourish your hair, scalp, and nervous system. Think of it as a pre-wash ritual for both body and mind.

💧 Stay hydrated throughout the day.
You’ll be receiving lymphatic support, so water helps move what’s ready to be released.

👚 Wear loose, comfy clothing you don’t mind getting a little oily.
After your session, your skin will be infused with medicinal oils—try to let them stay on for at least 1–2 hours (or longer if you can).

🌿 Avoid caffeine or heavy meals right before.
Come with an open belly and an open mind so your body can fully relax into the experience.

📿 Set an intention.
Whether it’s to release, restore, or reconnect—this is your time to receive and soften. You don’t need to do anything but show up as you are.

Let this be your invitation to soften, to reconnect, and to return to yourself.

✧ Aftercare Notes ✧

To extend the benefits of your session:

Stay hydrated – Sip warm or room-temp water throughout the day to support lymphatic flow
Take it slow – Your body is still integrating. Give yourself time to rest and restore

Avoid heavy meals or intense workouts for at least 3–4 hours after

Leave the oil on (if possible) for a few hours to allow deeper nourishment through the skin
Gentle movement or a warm bath that evening can help continue the flow

Dosha Pacifying Yoga

Doshas are 3 unique energies that make up every individual's physical and mental state. Doshas are comprised of 2 of the 5 elements. They include Vata - Air + Ether, Pitta - Fire + Water, Kapha - Water + Earth. As much as we can determine what Dosha is dominant in a person we can also describe time and seasons by the Dosha which helps us be more mindful of external factors that impact imbalances.

This yoga practice is designed according to the Dosha qualities of the season to restore harmony between the elements. Join us for a practice that restore the balance of opposing energies that fosters wellness.
