Dosha Pacifying Yoga

Doshas are 3 unique energies that make up every individual's physical and mental state. Doshas are comprised of 2 of the 5 elements. They include Vata - Air + Ether, Pitta - Fire + Water, Kapha - Water + Earth. As much as we can determine what Dosha is dominant in a person we can also describe time and seasons by the Dosha which helps us be more mindful of external factors that impact imbalances.

This yoga practice is designed according to the Dosha qualities of the season to restore harmony between the elements. Join us for a practice that restore the balance of opposing energies that fosters wellness.
