How much is the session and what does it include?
The retreat is priced at $115 per person. It includes:
- A 2.5-hour Event
- Mocktails and Autumn Reset
- Gentle yoga suitable for all levels
- Healthy Nibbles
- A floating meditation experience
What if I don't want to do the yoga or get on the float?
No worries at all! Participating in the yoga session or floating is entirely optional. You can enjoy other activities like swimming in the pool or reading a book. You can also experience the sound bath from around the pool and enjoy the calming atmosphere.
What should I bring to the session?
Bring yoga mat. If you are planning on swimming or entering the hot tub, bring a swimsuit. If you are only doing the floating meditation, then dress comfortably for the weather as you will most likely stay dry. If your floating session ends into the night, wear layers. We will provide one towel it's always a great idea to bring extra

Floating meditation involves relaxing in a calm body of water on a float, allowing you to experience a deep state of tranquility. This practice helps reduce stress, calm the mind, and promote a profound sense of peace.
Is the session suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our gentle yoga session is designed for all levels, including beginners. The floating meditation is also a relaxing and accessible experience for everyone, regardless of previous experience.
Will there be food?
We have will have healthy nibbles for you to feel grounded.
What is the cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel, please inform us within 24 hours of purchasing. A rain date will be posted 24 hours prior to the event date.
